We are pleased to offer international ordering for customers outside Canada. Because shipping rates, customs processes and taxes vary from country to country, international orders are completed through a personalized process.
Step 1: Request a Quote
Please complete the International Orders form below and include:
- Product name
- Quantity
- Home & Delivery address
- Contact Email
- Preferred payment method (credit card or bank transfer)
After submitting your form, continue reviewing the steps on this page to understand what happens next.
Step 2: Review Your Invoice
We will prepare an invoice that includes:
- Product cost
- Shipping fees
- Any additional handling requirements
If adjustments are needed, let us know and we will update your invoice promptly.
Step 3: Complete Payment
Payments are completed securely using Stripe or another approved provider.
We do not store payment card information.
Step 4: Shipping and Tracking
Once payment is received, your order will ship and you will receive tracking information to follow its progress.
Customs and Import Fees
All customs duties, import taxes, VAT and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These vary by country.
