Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to make a purchase.
Business Days
“Business days” mean Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays in New Brunswick.
Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.
Taxes, shipping fees and any additional charges appear at checkout.
Availability may change without notice.
Payment
Payments are processed securely using Stripe or another approved provider.
We do not store payment card information.
Order Confirmation and Cancellation
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance.
We may cancel orders due to:
- Pricing errors
- Product unavailability
- Fraud concerns
Customers will be notified if an order is cancelled and refunds will be issued when applicable.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options and estimated delivery times appear at checkout.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the carrier accepts the package.
International customers are responsible for customs duties and import fees.

Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick and Canada.
Consumer transactions on the Brilliant Labs Marketplace are also governed by applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation, including provincial Sale of Goods Acts and electronic commerce regulations.
