• Delivery Areas: We currently ship within Canada. For orders outside Canada, please contact us directly for a quote and to discuss shipping options (click on the international order banner to request a quote).

• Return Eligibility: Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, not accessed (for digital products), in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Refund Conditions: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after verifying the returned product's condition. Shipping fees and restocking fees may be deducted.
