We want your ordering experience to feel clear and well supported. The information below explains how we process and ship orders so you know what to expect from the moment you purchase to the moment your package arrives.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays, although we work to keep timelines as consistent as possible.
Shipping and Carriers
Once processed, most Canadian orders ship within 2 to 3 business days.
We partner with UPS and other trusted carriers. Exact delivery options appear during checkout and may vary depending on your region.
All shipments include tracking information sent by email once your order ships. You can also view tracking through your Marketplace account or by using the Guest Tracking link included in your order confirmation email.
Packaging
We aim to use sustainable packaging whenever possible as part of our commitment to environmental responsibility.
International Orders
International purchases must be completed through our International Orders process so we can provide accurate shipping costs. Full details are available on our International Orders page.
Modifying or Cancelling an Order
We have a limited window to make changes before your order is processed.
To begin a request:
- Submit a message through your Marketplace account, or
- Use the Guest Tracking link.
Both options are provided in your order confirmation message.

Risk of Loss
Risk transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the carrier.
Some carriers offer limited compensation for loss or damage, which must be requested directly from the carrier.
